SEPARATION WEEK IN UC LAB

Completed the teaching demo yesterday made me relieved. That day I and Gilang gave permission to our critical teacher not to go to school. While Nia, Sukis and Rika still attend school. Our agenda that day was just resting and going out to buy some needed items.

Wednesday, September 25 2019 

That day was Wednesday where we went to school because we had an appointment with the principal. They prepared a small farewell for us. At 08.00 AM the ceremony began after the ceremony was finished, ma'am Gladys read us a few parting words. She also gave certificates to all of us as her gratitude for our participation so far. Instead we also gave a little gift to her and the school.

The farewell program was over, Gilang and I approached ma'am Annie to give a little gift to her, because she had been patiently along with us. That morning we actually had breakfast but ma'am Gladys invited us to go to the canteen for breakfast, typical Baguio bread that was eaten at breakfast accompanied by coffee. Not long after that we also gave gifts to each of our buddies as a thank you and a little gift from Indonesia.

At 10.00 AM Ma'am Gladys asked the buddies to take us for a walk around Baguio especially in Burnham Park. There we rode a boat in the lake and also rode a bicycle where several people could ride. Satisfied playing around we went back to the hotel to rest, while our buddies returned to school because they had to teach.

In the evening sir Arman and his friends namely (sir Geryk, sir Reneer) invited us to take a walk in the night market while seeing good things we could buy there. The night market opens at 09.00 PM so while waiting for the place to open we are invited to go to Burnham Park. We were invited to see the park at night. At that time we really like the atmosphere cause feels romantic. After the hours showed more than 09.00 PM we went straight to the night market on foot together. We tried some typical snacks from Baguio namely chicken skin which is fried in flour and has a savory taste. Finished trying the food we were invited to see some branded items but second hand. some of my friends buy the things they want. When finished we were escorted back to the UC hotel and immediately rested.

Thursday, September 26 2019

That was the last day we went to school. My friends and I went to school to take our evaluation form with each critical teacher and then asked for their signatures. On that day I also had to take my lesson plan that had been corrected by ma'am Annie. After finishing, we headed to the principal's room to say goodbye and at the same time ask a stamp for our evaluation form.

Coming home from school we went straight to UC hotel. In the evening we all gathered in my room because that night was our last night together. The atmosphere at night was not as usual, we just paused and put on a sad face. Understandably because tomorrow we will part ways.
