Teaching methods of the teacher that you observed
As long as I observe
the teacher teaching in the classroom, she uses the discussion method, asking
questions, asking students to answer and explaining the questions given. After
students have finished, the teacher tries to explain again the correct answer related
to the topic discussed on that day. In the teaching and learning process the
teacher does not take too many roles, the teacher gives more freedom to
students to be more active.

In UC junior high
school they have material from book, PowerPoint, LCD projector, picture, video,
laptop, origami paper.

The teacher use
handbook, PowerPoint, laptop, speaker, video, and animation pictures.

Authentic assessment used by the teachers
Based on my
observation, teacher assesses students based on their understanding, attendance,
creativity, behavior.
